Kiara Devine is a recent college grad from San Diego State University where she earned her degree in Journalism and Media Studies with an emphasis in Public Relations. Kiara moved to San Diego when she was 10 years old and fell in love with the city immediately. Kiara enjoys everything about San Diego from the beaches to the mountains. Shortly after graduating, Kiara started a small business with her best friend focused on foster youth advocacy. In her free time, you can find Kiara painting, embroidering or doing anything crafty. She can also be found at the nearest dog park with her pride and joy, her goldendoodle Parker.
