Cathy knew at a young age that writing would be in her future. With more than 30 years of experience, her extensive background in copywriting, public relations, project management, marketing, and editing have proven key to successful campaigns across many industries. Whether it be working in the mind/body/spirit space, tech industry, book publishing, mobile apps arena, or for small business enterprises, she enjoys giving her utmost attention to all of her projects and collaborating with colleagues worldwide. She is fluent in Greek. A San Diego native, she earned a B.A. in journalism from San Diego State University. In her off time, she loves to spend time with friends, traveling, and gardening and enjoys international cuisine. She resides in San Marcos, California, with her husband.
