Ashley comes to ChicExecs with almost nine years of experience in sales. She is a first-generation Cuban born but raised in Miami, Fl. After graduating from Florida State University, she moved to San Diego to pursue her real estate career. She started her own business after growing an extensive portfolio with high-level investors and gained a passion for real estate in the hospitality space, and that’s when her career accelerated. In her previous company, she received the Business Development of the Year Award in 2021 for the highest revenue generated within the company. She loves talking to people, learning about their passions, and helping them grow in their personal and business lives. She joined ChicExecs because she truly sees the value in what our goals are as a business. She strives to be a great leader and bring on valuable partnerships. People and partnerships are her passion. She believes that you will always be successful if you focus on your relationships with people. In her free time, she loves to surf, hang out with her pup, play pickleball and cook great meals for all her friends.
