The company’s signature Chocolate Pizzas, Peanut Butter Wings, and other treats are made with the highest quality Swiss-style chocolate. Fans include A-list celebrities, hall of fame athletes, music legends, and top political and business leaders.
As the owner of the largest chocolate manufacturer in Central New York, Ryan sat down with the magazine to discuss his journey to success. As he tells in the interview, he was hired as a dishwasher for Chocolate Pizza Company when he was 15, with the goal of buying the business once the owner retired. Fast forward six years later and Ryan was a senior at Syracuse University studying entrepreneurship. He negotiated a buy-out while finishing his degrees. Today, he owns a 12,000-square-foot production facility, employs 15 people, and has sales in the seven figures. According to Ryan, his largest order came from a single customer for 31,000 Chocolate Pizzas!
Ryan credits many for his rising success, as he mentioned in the article, including ChicExecs who worked with him on marketing his brand.
“One of the best resources for getting the word out about Chocolate Pizza Company has been the work we’ve done with an amazing PR firm, ChicExecs.”
With the challenges of 2020, the business has remained solid and continues to grow, employing local high school students and providing assistance to area food banks. Their online sales increased by more than 400 percent in the last four months.
Here at ChicExecs, we love a great entrepreneurial story and we couldn’t be happier for Ryan and his success. Keep up the inspiring work, Ryan, and thanks for the shout-out!
