ChicExecs PR Secures Native Maps and Well Told in Better Homes & Gardens

Our latest PR feature is for our clients Native Maps and Well Told in Better Homes & Gardens!

The brands were featured in an article by editor Emily VanSchmus highlighting thoughtful Hanukkah gift ideas to help you celebrate all eight nights. Native Maps’ city art prints and Well Told’s customer etched college town pint glass were included.

Founded in a tiny attic studio in 2014, Native Maps makes minimal, beautifully crafted city neighborhood maps vetted by locals. The small business offers attractive prints for the modern home, all hand-printed in small batches using non-toxic acrylic ink. The brand is Climate Neutral Certified and sources its paper from a hydroelectric mill.

David Harman founded Native Maps out of a love for his hometown. With a degree in painting, he began the brand as a healthy distraction from studio work and to see how well he knew Dallas, where he was born and raised. After 6 months of research, he drafted his first map. He now runs Native Maps with a small team out of his Knoxville, Tennessee studio.

Well Told’s one-of-a-kind pieces are etched with their signature map designs. Choose from college towns, home towns, cities, and topographies around the U.S. and the world. Get your loved ones a glass with the map of the town they grew up, went to college, got married — you get the idea!

Emily noted: “No ties or slippers this year! Dads are notoriously hard to shop for, but he’ll appreciate a set of personalized pint glasses with a map of his college town. Not a big beer drinker? The collection features wine glasses, whiskey glasses, and coffee mugs as well.”

Check out Native Maps and Well Told and customize your gifts to fit the one’s you love this Hanukkah and for other special occasions.

Congrats Native Maps and Well Told!
