ChicExecs PR + Retail Placement Agency is thrilled to announce our latest recognition, named Top Workplaces by The San Diego Union-Tribune! Based on unfiltered employee feedback captured by the Workplace Survey, the annual poll keenly reflects the local business community and its employee relations, analyzing what it refers to as a company’s organizational health. All responses were confidential, providing candid responses from ChicExecs’ more than 80 employees.

The top local companies will be revealed in a dedicated section in The San Diego Union-Tribune in November and recognized at a special event. 

Employees received an anonymous survey with 25 statements to complete, including engagement, culture, and leadership topics. The results are shared with each company privately once the Gold Award winners are announced.
